Creating a guild costs 500 silver. There is currently no upkeep for guilds but this may change in the future.
Land is claimed in 16 by 16 chunks. Claimed land must be next to your existing claims, unless you have the outposts guild perk.
Levelling up your guild provides additional bonuses such as more land claims, more players and unique buffs.
